What is the best file type for DTF gang sheets?
Transparent PNG is preferred. Use high-resolution artwork at the final size you want printed.
Do bigger sheets save more?
Yes. Longer sheets give you a lower price per foot, which helps you get more print area for your money.
How does same-day production work?
Print-ready orders placed by 1 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday, qualify for same-day production. Orders after cutoff enter the next business-day production queue.
What are the pressing settings?
Start with 300°F, 15 seconds, medium-firm pressure, cold peel, and a 5 second repress.
