You’re ordering printed DTF transfers on a gang sheet, ready to cut apart and apply to compatible garments. Shirts, hoodies, and heat pressing are not included. A gang sheet lets you combine different designs, sizes, and colors in the space you buy, with no extra color-count or screen setup fees.

Preview it on light and dark backgrounds. Confirm each design’s final width and height in inches, spelling, quantity, and cutting space. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI at final size is the preferred starting point. Submit your art reading normally; do not mirror it.

We print your submitted layout. Optional Paid File Review checks common technical issues; it does not include redesign or replace your final approval. You do not need to purchase File Review to receive protection against verified printing mistakes.

Paid, print-ready orders received before 1 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday, qualify for same-day production. After-cutoff orders enter the next business-day production queue. Same-day production and delivery are separate steps.

Choose shipping or Anaheim pickup at checkout. Wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before arriving. For a large order or a fixed event date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm production timing for your quantity.

Check the latest carrier scan and confirm the delivery address. If tracking stalls, the package is missing, or it arrives damaged, send us your order number and tracking details so we can review the shipment and help with the next step.

Keep damaged packaging and photograph the box, shipping label, and affected transfers. An express shipping choice does not shorten production time; carrier delays are handled separately from print-quality issues.

If we make a verified printing mistake, we’ll reprint the affected transfers at no charge. No paid File Review is required. Contact us promptly with your order number, a full-sheet photo, and close-ups. For the fastest review, report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

This covers verified production defects or printing that differs from your approved file. Customer artwork errors, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, application mistakes, and carrier delays are excluded. If a transfer lifts while pressing, stop and check pressure, full platen contact, and hot-peel timing before continuing the batch.

Contact us immediately with your order number and the exact change you need. We’ll check whether production has started. Because orders move quickly, a change or cancellation is not guaranteed. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or rearranged.
