These Terms of Service explain the rules for using The Fastest DTF website, placing orders, uploading artwork, purchasing custom DTF gang sheets, and using our services.

By visiting www.thefastestdtf.com, placing an order, uploading files, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

The Fastest DTF

The Fastest DTF provides custom DTF gang sheet printing, file upload tools, production support, and related services. Our website allows customers to choose a gang sheet size, open the builder, upload artwork, arrange designs, and checkout online.

Custom Printed Products

DTF gang sheets are custom made-to-order products. Each order is produced based on the size, artwork, layout, and files submitted by the customer.

Because custom DTF gang sheets are made specifically for each order, all sales are final once an order enters production or has been printed.

Order Process

To place an order, customers must choose a gang sheet size, open the builder, upload artwork, arrange the artwork, complete checkout, and submit payment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including:

Gang sheet size.

Uploaded artwork.

Artwork resolution.

Background transparency.

Artwork sizing.

Artwork placement.

Spelling.

Names, dates, slogans, and text.

Shipping or pickup selection.

Billing and shipping information.

Size Selection

All gang sheets are 22 inches wide. Customers choose the height based on how much artwork they need to fit.

Available sizes may include:

22x24.

22x36.

22x48.

22x60.

22x72.

22x120.

Available sizes may change at any time.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sheet size before opening the builder and placing an order.

Files Print As Uploaded

Standard orders are printed based on the files submitted by the customer. The Fastest DTF is not responsible for customer file mistakes.

Customer file issues may include:

Low-resolution artwork.

Screenshots.

Blurry logos.

Pixelated artwork.

White boxes.

Unwanted backgrounds.

Incorrect sizing.

Wrong placement.

Misspelled words.

Wrong names.

Wrong dates.

Incorrect design details.

Files without transparency.

Files that are not print-ready.

The Fastest DTF does not provide free artwork cleanup, redesign, background removal, resizing, spellcheck, or file correction unless specifically purchased or agreed to.

Artwork Rights

By uploading artwork, logos, images, designs, or files to The Fastest DTF, you confirm that you have the legal right to use, reproduce, print, and submit those files.

You agree that your uploaded content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

The Fastest DTF is not responsible for determining whether you own or have permission to use submitted artwork.

You are fully responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal issues caused by artwork you upload or submit for printing.

Prohibited Content

The Fastest DTF may refuse, cancel, or decline to print content at our discretion.

Prohibited content may include:

Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks.

Counterfeit brand designs.

Unauthorized logos.

Hateful, threatening, or harassing content.

Illegal content.

Sexually explicit content.

Content promoting violence or harm.

Content that violates the rights of another person or business.

Content we believe may create legal, reputational, or production risk.

If an order is refused because of prohibited content, we may cancel the order and determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.

Paid File Review

Paid File Review is an optional $20 add-on where we check for common print-readiness issues before production.

Paid File Review may include checking for:

Resolution issues.

Unwanted backgrounds.

Transparency problems.

Obvious sizing problems.

Common print-readiness issues.

Paid File Review does not include:

Full redesign.

Logo recreation.

Complex background removal.

Spelling correction.

Rebuilding low-quality artwork.

Creating new artwork.

Guaranteeing final press results.

Standard orders do not include Paid File Review unless the customer purchases it.

Production Timeline

Orders placed before 1PM Pacific qualify for same-day production when the order is complete, payment is submitted, and files are ready to print.

Same-day production does not mean same-day delivery.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Orders placed after 1PM Pacific move to the next production window.

Weekends, holidays, file issues, payment issues, order problems, or production volume may affect timing.

Shipping

Shipping speed is selected at checkout. Delivery time depends on the carrier.

The Fastest DTF is not responsible for:

Carrier delays.

Missed delivery attempts.

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.

Lost packages after carrier handoff.

Weather delays.

Carrier service interruptions.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

If a package appears lost or damaged, contact support with your order number, tracking information, and photos if applicable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for approved orders in Anaheim. Pickup timing depends on production completion and support confirmation.

Customers must wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.

Local pickup is not guaranteed for every order unless approved.

Pressing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for pressing transfers correctly after receiving an order.

Customers should follow the pressing instructions provided by The Fastest DTF.

Recommended starting settings may include:

300°F / 149°C.

15 seconds.

Medium-firm pressure.

Cold peel.

5-second repress.

Pressing results may vary based on heat press accuracy, pressure, garment type, fabric coating, temperature, time, peel method, and wash care.

The Fastest DTF is not responsible for pressing mistakes after delivery, including incorrect heat, pressure, timing, peeling, fabric selection, or wash care.

Refunds, Reprints, and Cancellations

Custom DTF gang sheets are final once they enter production or are printed.

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, changed, resized, redesigned, or rearranged after production begins.

Customer file mistakes are not eligible for refund or free reprint.

If an issue appears to be caused by our production process, we may review the order and determine whether a reprint, store credit, or another resolution is appropriate.

Clear photos and order details are required for review.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

Submit print-ready artwork.

Confirm you have rights to use uploaded artwork.

Choose the correct gang sheet size.

Review your layout before checkout.

Check spelling, sizing, and placement.

Provide accurate billing and shipping information.

Follow pressing instructions.

Contact support promptly if there is an issue.

Understand that custom orders are final once production begins.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, products, sizes, services, turnaround times, and offers may change at any time without notice.

The Fastest DTF may update or discontinue products, sizes, discounts, pages, policies, or services at any time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or website mistakes.

Account and Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse the website, interfere with store operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, abuse support channels, or use the site for illegal purposes.

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or refuse service if we believe a customer is abusing the website, violating these terms, submitting prohibited content, or creating risk for the business.

Third-Party Tools and Apps

The Fastest DTF website may use Shopify, payment processors, shipping tools, analytics services, advertising tools, file upload tools, gang sheet builder apps, and other third-party services.

These tools help operate the website, process payments, receive uploads, fulfill orders, ship products, and support customers.

The Fastest DTF is not responsible for interruptions, errors, downtime, or issues caused by third-party platforms, apps, carriers, or service providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Fastest DTF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to website use, order delays, file mistakes, shipping delays, pressing mistakes, customer artwork issues, or business losses.

Our total liability for any order-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order involved in the claim.

No Guarantee of Business Results

The Fastest DTF provides custom DTF printing services. We do not guarantee that printed products will result in sales, profit, brand growth, customer approval, event success, or business results.

Customers are responsible for their own designs, brand decisions, garment selection, pressing, marketing, resale, and final product use.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Fastest DTF from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Artwork you upload.

Claims that your artwork violates another person’s rights.

Your misuse of the website.

Your violation of these terms.

Your violation of laws or third-party rights.

Your resale or use of printed products.

Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how customer information, order details, uploaded files, and website data may be collected, used, and shared.

Changes to These Terms
