Artwork Ownership and Rights

Customers are responsible for applying transfers correctly after receiving their order.

Customers should follow the pressing instructions provided by The Fastest DTF.

Pressing issues caused by incorrect temperature, pressure, timing, peel method, garment selection, coating, wash care, or customer handling are not production errors.

Same-Day Production Disclaimer

Orders placed before 1PM Pacific qualify for same-day production when the order is complete, payment is submitted, and files are ready to print.

Same-day production does not mean same-day delivery.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping speed is selected at checkout and depends on the carrier.

Carrier delays are outside The Fastest DTF’s control.

Shipping Disclaimer

The Fastest DTF is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses entered by customers, weather delays, customs delays, high-volume carrier delays, or shipping interruptions after an order leaves production.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
