Capacity is an estimate for one repeated rectangular design. Mixed designs, irregular shapes, rotation, and your cutting method can change the result. Current prices can change; confirm inside the builder.

HOW THE MATH WORKS

SIMPLE GRID. FAST DECISION.

  1. Add spacingto the transfer width and height.
  2. Calculate columnsacross the fixed 22-inch width.
  3. Calculate rowsdown each available sheet length.
  4. Choose the first fitthen confirm the real arrangement in the builder.

MIXED DESIGNS?

BUILD LARGE FIRST.

Place adult fronts and oversized graphics first. Use smaller left-chest, sleeve, label, and youth transfers to fill the remaining gaps.

CALCULATOR FAQ

KNOW THE LIMITS.

Is this the exact number that will fit?

No. It is a simple grid estimate for one repeated rectangular design. The builder shows the real layout.

Why does rotation change the estimate?

A tall design can sometimes fit more efficiently when turned sideways. Keep rotation enabled when the artwork can be cut and used in either orientation.

What cutting space should I use?

Start with 0.25 inch for planning. Increase it when your cutting method, artwork shape, or handling needs more room.

Can I calculate mixed artwork?

This version calculates one repeated size at a time. For mixed artwork, run the large and small sizes separately, then arrange them together in the builder.

What if the calculator says more than 22 × 360?

Split the quantity across multiple gang sheets or combine the work into repeated 30-foot sheets.
