How do I order a gang sheet?

Can I put multiple designs on one sheet?

Yes. You can upload multiple designs, resize them, duplicate them, rotate them, and arrange them inside the builder.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order one gang sheet in any available size.

Do I need to know graphic design to use the builder?

No. The builder lets you upload your artwork and arrange it visually. You should still make sure your artwork is high quality, transparent, and sized correctly before ordering.

Yes. Every gang sheet is 22 inches wide. You choose the length based on how much artwork you need to fit.

What size should I choose?

Choose the smallest sheet that fits your artwork comfortably. If you are unsure, go one size bigger for cleaner spacing, easier cutting, backup prints, and better value.

Yes. Bigger sheets give you a lower price per foot, which helps you get more print area for your money.

Do you charge extra for more colors?

No. DTF transfers are full color with no screen fees or color-count charges.

FILE SETUP

YOUR FILES PRINT AS UPLOADED.

Good artwork gives you better prints. Check your file before ordering.
What file type should I upload?

Transparent PNG files are preferred. PDF and compatible artwork files may also work depending on the builder and artwork setup.

Do I need a transparent background?

Yes. Remove unwanted white, black, colored, or boxed backgrounds before uploading unless you want that background printed.

What resolution should my artwork be?

300 DPI at final print size is recommended. Low-resolution screenshots, small web graphics, and blurry images may print soft or pixelated.

Will you fix my artwork automatically?

Files print as uploaded. If you need an extra check before production, add Paid File Review so your artwork can be checked for common print issues.

What does Paid File Review include?

Paid File Review is an additional check for common issues like resolution, transparency, sizing, background problems, and obvious layout concerns before production.

Can you make blurry artwork print sharp?

No. If the original artwork is low quality, blurry, or pixelated, the print may show those issues. Start with the highest-quality file possible.

PROBLEMS & FIXES

QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING.

Why did my transfer lift?

Common causes include low pressure, uneven pressure, peeling too early, moisture in the garment, or not pressing long enough.

What if the transfer starts lifting while I peel?

Stop peeling, lay the film back down, press again, let it cool fully, then peel slowly.

Why does my print look blurry?

Blurry prints usually come from low-resolution artwork, screenshots, small web images, or artwork that was enlarged too much.

Why is there a box around my design?

A box usually means the artwork had a background that was not removed before upload. Use transparent artwork before building your sheet.

Why are my colors different from my screen?

Screens are backlit and can display color differently than print. Artwork color, file setup, garment color, and pressing can all affect the final look.
